Caroline, I really emphathize with you on the qualms of parking at the University of Florida. There are so many students in town that parking is almost always a disaster. I agree that we should build more parking garages that are higher up because it saves space rather than building more parking lots. In addition, I also think that we should not have to buy our own decals when we already pay tuition to the school. There are many solutions to this problem, but the problem is having the budget to implement the solutions.
I think you did a really good job with the hook and capturing the audiences attention. This put me in that situation and made me anxious if this were to actually happen to me. I also agree that we shouldn't have to pay for our decals, the school probably does that because then anyone could park on campus, but there could be a more efficient way like scanning your UF ID to park. This is a good opportunity that a lot of people would appreciate it being solved. Good job for this assignment.
Hi Caroline, Great job in your presentation! You really added extra value to your pitch by including details about your overall plan. However, I was a bit loss on exactly what you plan was focusing on.I also found it difficult following your pitch.Another idea to include in your pitch is creating a flow within your pitch by outlining what you are marketing to the consumers. Good job on this assignment!
Great pitch Caroline. I agree that there is a parking problem/shortage on campus and that there is a demand for more. I also like the fact that you addressed the counter argument that students use other forms of transportation to get to class to combat the lack of parking. I think it will be difficult to make a profitable business from this opportunity however because the parking is usually handled by the University, not private companies. There is something here though, good ideas.

I like your idea of building more parking garages up in this situation because if you just build parking lots on the outskirts of campus it will still be a long walk to class for many students due to the large size of campus. I agree with you that parking is a big problem here on campus and hope to see a solution implemented.
